Excellent service and a great Riad. The rooms are beautifull desgined. We were in room meknes, witch had really nice lighting and a airconditioning, witch u will need in Marrakech. The shower had good hot en cold facilities but he shower head wasn't that big, which you will overlook because of the beautiful details. Not to forget, the room is really clean.
The location wasn't that great, still 15 min walk to Djem el Fna, but if you get a taxi with a meter it's about 5 DH.

The staff of the hotel is excelent, really kind and nice people. The rooms are also very good and clean. Very near (15min walk) to the Place Jamaa El Fna. If you want to go by taxi, usually costs 20 dirhams (+/- 2eur).
One of the rooms does not have air contitionated, and in my oppinion this is indispensable in the hot summer.

Good staff, food & drink good. The cheaper rooms are small and without ac which you need in Marrakech in the spring-Autumn (40'c when we were there). Pay for the larger rooms with ac is better. There may be better Riads with a swimming pool if you search the web.
Long way from main square.

The staff were fabulous, very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend the Riad for this reason. It is also situated in a 'real' part of the city and walking to sites meant passing through a lot of interesting streets and areas.
It was a pity that our room was on the ground floor by the front door as this made it quite noisy. It was also very small and, not having a window, damp and airless.

The Riad is beautiful and serves you with a very cosy and familiar atmosphere! The staff was super friendly and provided us with help and useful advices from the first day on. Great place to stay in Marrakech!
It is hard to find. We would advice to book the pick up service!

The staff was very nice and helpful! they served some sweets and mint tea when we reached there which is so sweet! My friend and I love the Moroccan decoration of the room. We also tried the dinner a bit expensive but very nice! Not difficult to find hotel but should follow their instruction will be better1 :)

WIFi
The hotel was ok but The owner is crazy. My friends wanted to stay at the same hotel but he charged half price for just one extra bed in the room and when we said it was expensive my friends were not allowed to wait inside the hotel. They had to stay on the street waiting with the hotel doors closed.

The sympathy of the staff (nice welcoming and they let us keep our bags at the riad even after check out) ; The general quiet and relaxing atmosphere (makes you forget that you are inside the medina). Overall its was good value for the price we've payed (32€)
Very hard to find it by yourself. Be sure to call the Riad and have them to send someone to pick you up.

Even after being offered mint tea and Moroccan sweets as a welcoming touch, the breakfasts still manage to raise our expectations of this beautiful Riad. The whole stay was sublime. Even though the Riad is really beautiful and is perfect for couple or family; Mustapha, Rachida and Rkia were extremely hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay, their service is the key asset to this Riad. Thank you.
When you get from the airport, take the bus and ask the driver to show you the bus station (gare routiere), it is only 10 minutes away. Also don’t forget to take extra Euros (exchange 24/7 at any bank from the ATM) to pay for the rooms, as the payment should be made in cash at the end of your stay.

It was great to stay in a traditional riad. Room was neat, location ok but long walk to the square. The manager was a little curt.

The hotel is decorated in beautifull Moroccan style. It is located in the old medina, close to souks and around 10minutes walk from the main square, however it is very quite and relaxing place. There is a bright patio and roof terrace. The rooms are comfortably furnished, beds are large. we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and it consisted of selection of breads and pankakes with local jams. coffee or tea and freshly squeezes orange juice! A must in morocco! we recommend it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Price was very good and included a very good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere.
Not a moan - just obsaation. As most Riads in the Medina it is a little hard to find - best take the offer of the taxi from the airport, however that is priced a little high.
